Midas is a PTS ser­vice dog owned by a US Marine com­bat-vet­er­an, and was the 2014 Mil­i­tary Pet of the Year and Mas­cot for Dogs on Deploy­ment. The pur­pose of this t‑shirt design was to help raise aware­ness towards the Midas Cares cam­paign in sup­port of ser­vice dogs for our troops. Dogs on Deploy­ment is a nation­al 501©(3) non-prof­it orga­ni­za­tion that pro­vides an online net­work where mil­i­tary mem­bers can find vol­un­teers will­ing to tem­porar­i­ly board their pets.
