Airtegrity Comfort Solutions is an established AC and heating experts providing services in San Antonio, Texas. With an unwavering commitment to honesty, reliability, affordability, and professionalism, Airtegrity achieved high standards in customer satisfaction over the years.
When they founded their company, they had hired a company to create their branding, but they never felt it quite aligned with who they served and why they were in business. After years of providing top-tier services, they grew disconnected from their brand and felt it didn’t help them stand out from the market. So they found it necessary to realign their vision and reached out to us for a rebrand.
Our Methodology
During the brand strategy phase, we delved into understanding Airtegrity’s clientele, their unique needs, and the company’s long-term vision. To ensure our strategy would allow Airtegrity to distinctively position itself in the market, we carried out a competitive analysis. We conducted research including extensive comparison on their customer interviews, to gain as much insight as possible about their target audience as well as what language they frequently used. Simultaneously, we discussed current challenges, and explored the company’s aspirations, seeking to align its future direction with the needs and expectations of its customers. We scrutinized the branding approaches, messaging, and tactics employed by competitors in the HVAC sector. This comparative analysis enabled us to identify opportunities for Airtegrity to differentiate itself and resonate more powerfully with its audience, which was primarily bilingual Hispanics and Latinos.
As part of the process, we examined the various ways the brand interacts with customers and the messages it sends. While exploring their previous website, we devised a plan to enhance the language and design to effectively convey the company’s objectives and meet customers’ expectations. Using our design direction, their web developers successfully revamped the website to create an entirely new user experience that instilled confidence and provided greater clarity.
Color Methodology
When they had initially branded, the company they hired just chose colors that were popular with the industry. The CEO expressed that one of their old colors (burnt orange) never felt like it aligned with the company but was told by the company that many in the industry used the color. Without any direction toward their brand colors, they often found their colors to clash and muddied.
As with all our branding projects, our approach was to align their new brand colors with their brand essence and purpose. And connect with their clients at a deeper level. We knew we wanted to communicate trust, transparency in pricing, clean air quality, and reliability. But we also didn’t want to blend in with the competitors’ blues, reds, oranges, and grey shades. Our solution combined blues and greens to align with trust, clean air, and reliability.
Branded templates
We believe in empowering our clients to confidently manage their brand assets without creating barriers for them. As a part of our process, we designed several branded templates on Adobe Express for them to use on their social media channels. We used our insight from the brand strategy session to create templates for raising brand awareness, client testimonials, sales campaigns, quote graphics, reels, and more. To this day, Airtegrity has successfully managed its branded templates and grown its brand awareness in the process.
