Our Most Frequently Asked Preguntas
We take in limited clients so that we can be fully integrated in our work and deliver stellar results. Depending on the needs of your project, approval times, and our availability but typically it’s a minimum of two weeks from concept to delivery. Generally branding projects are about 2 – 4 weeks, but a comprehensive brand project that includes strategy, brand design and additional branded elements can take anywhere between 4 – 12 weeks or more. We will factor in time for market research, strategy and implementation and provide that as project benchmarks in our proposal.
We have several tools and systems that make our work together easier to review. We use a combination of tools like Dubsado, Infinity, Miro and Loom.
¡Si! We are fully bilingual here and have done major marketing campaigns in English and Spanish. However, we don’t offer translation as a stand-alone service. This is something we would incorporate into a branding project.

We work exclusively with Adobe Creative Cloud products because we believe in the level of attention the product can bring to our clients. We use Adobe Express for social media content creation because it's built for marketers and small businesses, but doesn't require design experience. And don't worry, you'll get training and tutorials from us. We'll make sure you feel confident with managing your brand assets.
